ICE CENTER OF CUPERTINO COVID-19 UPDATE
CHANGE IN INDOOR MASK MANDATE
Well, it’s been a long time coming, but now there is no longer a mask mandate inside the Ice Center of Cupertino.  We welcome everyone back inside the ice rink.
The Santa Clara County Department of Public Health just announced the change, although they do strongly recommend that everyone continue to wear a mask indoors.
As always, we will follow all local, state and federal guidelines regarding masking and vaccinations.
We greatly encourage everyone to get vaccinated and boosted as quickly as possible.
We also want you to know that we continue to have hand sanitizer, wipes and other safety precautions in place.  We also want to let you know that the two whole rink air scrubber systems we installed previously have been in continuous operation; these systems are well beyond anything that was ever mandated or that most other rinks have.  These systems are above and beyond the typical ice rink dehumidification system that every ice rink has to have in order to operate.
Thank you for your support.
