The Chosen Few used goals from 6 different players in upsetting the #1 seed Polar Bears 6-4 to win the E Division Championship Game on March 20th, 2016 in Cupertino. The Chosen Few never trailed in this game, however, the heavily favored Polar Bears couldn't come all the way back. 
Chosen Few Kenneth Tseng was name the Division's MVP.
Polar Bear Steve Yambao won the Most Valuable Goalie.
